Alec "Infierno" Silva is an eSports enthusiast, twitch affiliate and an average RL player. He is hoping to help this org succeed in every aspect of competition and looks forward to a bright future with the org.

Jordan "GundamBoi" McCandless, Drawn to competitive esports looks to explore the endless possibilities presented from not just a players perspective, But a look into a managerial position in Radiance Esports as well.
Ed Chavez

Ed "Detrex" Chavez is an esports fan of many games and is always playing games such as Rocket League and Overwatch. He has been friends with Mike since the Skyward Aces first joined IGL, before Radiance was even a thing. He has previously played on the Cobalt team and decided to take a break from 3v3s and have been playing in 2v2s IGL. Though not a Radiance player at the moment, he enjoys the community and wants to make Radiance greater than it already is!
Will Connell

Will "Taurinus" Connell is a Rocket League esports enthusiast, caster, and nature lover. He is a caster for Radiance's broadcasting team and is Radiance's Social Media Manager. His goal is to help Radiance grow and mature as an organization, and possibly become a mentality coach in the future.

Nathan "Fir3Fox" V. is an International Studies of Business and Economics student at the University of North Texas, who designs and edits the graphics and promotional material for Radiance.
